The challenge lies in providing fragmented information through multimedia, which fails to recreate the real-life car inspection experience. Users struggle to piece together details mentally, leading to low trust levels and drop-offs, especially for distant buyers hesitant about purchasing without a test drive.

This project experiments with a design that integrates both gesture-based interaction and gamified feedback to offer a comprehensive 360-degree view of used cars and gallery re-design, thus bridging the digital-physical gap and boosting user trust and conversion rates.
