This design project focuses on meticulously tracking the condition of cars throughout the refurbishment process to meet specific quality standards in collaboration with authorised car service providers, while also streamlining the inspection process. An authorized agent uses the app to conduct a thorough inspection and submits diagnostic estimates such as required parts costs, and turnaround time, for the refurbishment.
